Shipping policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hoplex. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Orders will be processed between 2-3 working days (excluding weekends) and will be delivered via your chosen delivery method.

We offer special delivery/next day delivery. Orders must be placed before 12noon on the day for guarantee that it will be dispatched that day. Depending on delivery service chosen, this may be tracked and/or require a signature.

Please allow extra time for orders during busy periods (Christmas, bank holidays, etc.) as all orders are put together by hand. And bear in mind we are in a rural location, and this will add to delivery time. Weather can disrupt ferry and plane travel, and this can impact on delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated at the time of order based on type, quantity and weight of goods being ordered, and destination. Customers will be given choice of courier and delivery option (Next Day, Timed Delivery for example) at time of order.

If weight of order exceeds max weight allowed for courier, please contact us.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if required. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged from shipment, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
